It’s now Friday.
I’m sitting in an online class. My back hurts. We are going on hour number four. I love the content but am feeling the force of my tub calling my name. Can you be addicted to meditating?
I will set my intention now for tomorrow (or I guess, today, technically). I intend to get into a really good feeling place as soon as I wake and then write my blog post BEFORE I do anything else. Let’s see if that works.
