Intermission: a pause or break.

Being Me Movement is celebrating Season One and taking a pause, an intermission,  to prepare for Season Two (September).

This will give you space to listen to all our guests and absorb their beautiful and bestness.

In this episode, I do all the things!

You’ll hear snippets from my guests that coincide with my mission statement for the podcast.

You’ll learn why it’s so important to complement yourself. And hear a compliment session for the podcast. (I needed tissues!)

You’ll hear my friend, Heart Math Coach, Joshua Pietrocini interview me again, like he did in the beginning. (I love coming full circle!)

You’ll find out what I’m offering in August.

You’ll discover how to support me and the Being Me Movement.

You’ll tap your toe and hum along  with a great song by one of my favorite bands Strangers By Accident.

You’ll be bathed in soothing words straight from my heart to yours.

And you’ll be given a little homework (or as I like to call it “playful practice.”

And, as always, I hope you’ll remember, I love you.

“Parting is such sweet sorrow…”

So, I won’t leave you! Come on over to Instagram and hang with me until it be ‘morrow.

Hand to heart: Thank you for listening.
