A series of 8 one-on-one sessions with me, YOUR Coach, will unveil the creative superhero in you. Designed to inspire + empower + lovingly push you off the curb to stop you from watching your life drive by. The Being Me Program is a reminder to find Joy in the WORK play.

Remember when you used to love to draw, color, sing, bang on the pots+pans, build forts, write stories, play school, investigate the ant hill, learn a new song on the recorder for hours and hours before you realized the sun had set and you were hungry for dinner?

I know, I know. It's hard to remember when you're covered in so much should.

8 one-on-one 60 Minute CALLS With ME (Victoria, AKA Miss Vic, V, Fia, Budafied). I'll help you make a clear path to a desired goal of your choosing (write a play, start a runner's club, paint an art series, record music...). Together we'll narrow in on that something that you want to make + deliver it to the world. We'll FOCUS on process (not outcome) so you leave with tools to use in the future.

WHEN DOES IT START?

WHAT DAY + TIME for my One-On-One Coaching session?
Together we plan a day and time that works for both of us. The day of the week and time is called your HERO HOUR because it is pretty darn great of you to show up weekly like this! It will be consistently at that day and time for all 8 weeks for the one-on-one coaching. You are allowed to reschedule without payment penalty as long as there is 24 hour notice. So am I.

WHERE? 

We meet over Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. Or in person if you're near! Weekly "SUNDAY DRIVES"  with the entire group are done over on Zoom.  I will send you a link.

WHAT IS "THE SUNDAY DRIVE?

"The Sunday Drive" is our pet name for our weekly group calls. We meet Sunday mornings over on Zoom (I will guide you there). From 02/05/17 to 3/26/17 at 9:30amEST (I'm in NEW YORK, right smack dab in the middle of the state). We begin each group call with a stretch, a mediation + a question of the week. We share and celebrate our wins and our failures. We pump each other up with "you're amazing," and "I love what you did there"s and then we share our specific goals for the next Monday through Sunday. We end each call with a compliment session and tell the group something we liked or discovered about another member of the group that week or during that call. We focus on compliments with substance, "I respect your brave new attitude that you're showing us and yourself by sharing your vulnerability with us tonight with that story about you throwing your name (and that afternoon's soup) into the open mic night hat at the Duplex even though John Oliver AND John Stewart were in the front row (possibly concealing tomatoes)." This was current members of Vic + Co. favorite part of the program.

WHAT DO THE WEEKS LOOK LIKE?

WEEK ONE: Raise a glass! We decide on a value based goal and make a MAP. Just like a couple of pirates, we figure out where we think the treasure is buried and we make a plan to set sail! Focus on Action not Outcome. FULL FEAR AHEAD.
WEEK TWO: We PACK (and unpack). So many limiting beliefs (like I can't do that because I don't have enough time as you scroll for 45 minutes on the toilet on FB) are exposed, confronted and then tossed out the window. We find what tools will help us get to our desired goal and proceed from there. Such a better suitcase when it rolls seamlessly on its wheels, eh?
WEEK THREE: . DATE NIGHT We go on a date with TIME. Yup, we make TIME our one and only. We are going to WOO TIME like there is no tomorrow.
WEEK FOUR: "Oh no. There's static on the radio."  We will tune in to what really matters and learn where to go when we're finding it hard to hear. I will show you how to find those "good good good vibrations." 
WEEK FIVE: "Are we there yet?" I know what you're thinking, "I'm hungry for something besides donuts + chips!"  GRAB THE COOLER as we  PULL OVER TO "SITE" SEE. We need to move and talk about how we are feeding our brains + guts.
WEEK SIX: FUEL UP! This is where we all start to run out of gas. This is the windiest, coldest and most dimly lit part of our trip through RESISTANCE (Stephen Pressfield will be proud of us). Grab your field notes for this one.
WEEK SEVEN: SLOW DOWN.  If you have access to WIFI, a phone/computer and drinkable water, we're good, folks. The rest is yummy low-sodium gravy. Breathe. We're taking a mini side trip to ABUNDANCE CITY. 
WEEK EIGHT: ROLL DOWN THE WINDOWS + CRANK THE TUNES!  Gratitude is Science and Tis' the Season (always). There is no better time to improve someone else's life than the very minute displayed on your cell right now. And while we're at it, let's celebrate YOU for being you! You showed up. You found joy in the work. You followed your curiosity. You created some NOTEWORTHY COMMOTION and made it out of StUCKy town! You deserve a big fat kiss from your favorite movie star and also a big happy "we-are-so-Beyonce" dance with all of us! And like the Hot Sardine's song says, you deserve some "French Fries and Champagne." Cheers! (Please pass the vinegar).

HOW MUCH WILL ALL THIS COST?

I'm not cheap, but I'm the cheapest you will ever be able to hang with me.
One time payment of $575  or pay $75/week for 8 weeks (billing begins when you sign-up for program). You get 8, one-on-one ONE HOUR coaching calls, 8 weekly group chats, plus homework, texts, emails and inspo throughout the week. PLUS Membership to Vic+Co. Your membership gets you access to your tribe's mind. It gives you an audience + cheerleaders + resources. Plus some coupons or discounts throughout the year. 
It is what you would pay for private voice or music lessons in most places. (Savings tip: If you make coffee at home, you can save three dollars a day. That's $21 a week!) 
Look, this is an investment and there are no guarantees. I mean I won't break you, but you may find that we didn't meet our goal. And there are no refunds after 2/5/17. Yup. All of this might make you panic and say, "I can't do it" but some of you will say, "I don't have the money really, but my life can't afford NOT to try it. So, I'll skip tacos for 8 weeks because feeling alive is pretty darn important."  You investors are my peeps.
